Are we having any rules on the captain, i.e how often you can change the captain (they score double points) or shall we just allow captian to change as much as you want?

I've got 4-4-2 at the moment, its a bit harder than last year, i never normally have 4-4-2 but i cant afford 3 decent strikers or 5 decent midfields without a few real donkies elsewhere!
