...Since when has being a ble to crack a joke and a smile meant you're a "fantastic manager"?

Avram Grant wasn't the 'right person' becasue he never told knock knock jokes to the press before a game.

Scolari is a great manager, according to SSN and the people writing in, becasue he used abit of wit when takling to the press.

We all know; "wit=tactical knowledge + interpersonal skills=results" Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
