A fucking football club has broke my heart.

I no longer feel a City fan, i dont care who we might sign, i could not two give two fucks who we might sell, i fucking hate the owner, i hate the manager, the fans who over the last 12 months who have spouted pro-thakisn shit have brow beaten me down to think what the fuck is the point anymore, let them have the club they want, its not what i want i know, but they dont give a fuck about me, Greed has ruined our club.


At the moment Football on the whole leaves me feeling cold and apart from being a blue i genuinely loved the game, nowadays i cant be arsed with it.

Will my passion return, for some reason i have a feeling my love of the game has died.

This is just yet another snapshot in the history of MCFC Russ.

There is a long road to travel (a lifetime) and you will stick with it....that is why you posted tonight.

There has been plenty of venomous rhetoric about "fickle" fans or "diehard Blue" fans of late that haven't helped.

Truth is no Blue has the BluePRINT on what is acceptable.

Seriously though Mac is right thaskin will know doubt soon begone.

Modern day footballers leave me cold also, with their wage being a joke and all the scandal and shagging anything with a pulse at whatever cost.

But i couldnt give up football because deep down inside i just love it when City win a game and id like them to win some silverware just once in my lifetime at least.

Thats the interweb for you my friend. I dont read the bollocks written on bluemoon, and have already said today on here I dont deal with gossip i deal with facts. Facts however are in short supply, so I rely on sources I trust. The official site I trust, because they only write the truth about comings and goings, and the BBC site as it seems to have a brilliant shite filter and the only publish when things are true. I for one cant wait for the transfer window to shut then all the so called experts and their lies will fuck off and players can get on with playing and managers can get on with managing those players without having to respond to ridiculous stories every 5 minutes. The politics of it all as far as I am concerned is bollocks, i dont care for our "owner" and all the shit that follows him, it maybe a simplistic view but I dont read about him because I dont want to know about him. He will not be our owner forever but I will be a city fan for the rest of my life. I was a city fan before he arrived, and will be a city fan long after he has gone. I have seen city play twice already and can see a side that will entertain me if the progress how I believe they can. I do hope for one or two more signings, but the one player who makes me want to go and watch purely because of his fighting spirit and obvious desire to do well and succeed is Bojinov, he alone has showed me that if you keep the faith good things will happen. Just think a whole year out injured, the long long road to recovery and in his first match back at Eastlands scores the winner against AC Milan. Its the stuff of roy of the rovers and somwhere underneath the money and shite that is degradating the beautiful game stories llike Bojinovs make it worth while.

Russ your passion will return, maybe not now maybe not for a while, but it will and your memories of your time following the blues to the wierd and wonderful places you have will still be there and still be strong. My best away day was at highbury with yourself and other blues, its days like that that make it worth while not some shite someone has made up "for a laugh" on an internet forum.

Football was better without the internet and the age of modern media. Football was better with the pink final as your source of information.

I feel your pain Rasc.

I was sitting down on Sunday night thinking what i would do without city.

I kind of feel your pain Rasc but I honestly dont know what I'd do without City in my life.

Ok so they always let me down and leave me the laughing stock amongst mates and that but on the odd occasion we triumph I wank myself silly, not literally.

I respect your stance on Frank mate as you know and even more so since you're willing to 'vote with your feet' on the issue. I also respect the fact that you havent been around various forums these past few weeks giving it the old 'I told you so' routine like many others would have done.

I posted my first proper anti Frank post last week on a forum and it caused mayhem with the majority of plebs slagging me to high heaven but in the aftermath of the whole affair I received a few pms from posters I'd never really chatted with previously who agreed with my stance.

I do imagine your passion for football (and hopefully City) will come back once the season starts proper and there's something to talk about other than paper talk and the WUMs and doom merchants on Bluemoon, but on a personal level I would be ridiculously disappointed if you walked away from it all. I've officially followed City for 11 full years now - although admittedly I didn't really get anything even resembling gung-ho about it until after the playoff final with Gillingham - and finally getting to come over and meet people like you (and your pimp stick ) has made it all worth while. Frankly (er, no pun intended), I consider you, Sharon, John, Emma and Barry sporting extensions of family because of it*, so to lose contact with any of you would suck beyond belief.


*-Family that gets completely plastered together hopefully from now on more than once every 24 years.
