The home game against the barcodes again. How fucking well did we play that day! Even Stevie Ireland had a good game. I think that game was our best performance this season, even Andy Grey was wanking over us, I think at one stage he wanted to have Elanos babies. It was all the more sweet listening to the after match interviews. Fat Sam has to be the sorest loser and the most ungracious cunt who ever walked the earth.
"anyone watching may think that was good play on City's part but it was really inept defending by us"
I'd forgotten what a horrible fat cunt he is.

Re: Just watched
I was in the pub with my brother and a few friends.
I can remember when Elano's goal went in like it was yesterday...
Everyone in the pub sat down...Then bang.
All you could hear was 'WWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
This was from everyone in the pub. All the fans! Even rags.
Was brilliant!

So, your car is kaput. And your girlfriend is gone. And thine house they have sold.

That's an excellent memory Bozo. Cheers.

I remember only that goal from the game. I remember just being stunned for a second or two. Then laughing my balls of because I wasn't sure what else to do..I'd just witnessed the greatest goal I've ever seen.

I wanted to die after Martins had scored.
Then im not sure if Petrov or Mpenza scored first, But I was going mental about Petrov saying I was going to buy 10 City shirts and get his name on everyone.
Was funny Vs. 'Boro the next home game 'cause everyone was buzzin' about Elano. He scored one, and when we got a free kick and Elano lined it up I actually went on BM, typed up 'YESSSSS COME ON ELANOOO!! WHAT A GOAL!' before he actually took it.
I think there were a few of us who did that.

Me and Pam were stood behind the South Stand goal at that game and I remember us both just somehow expecting it to go in, even without voicing it to each other. It was a telepathic moment of expectation that was felt by most in the ground I think. Happy Days.
Re: Just watched
i expected it too, its wierd i have never expected us to score from any freekicks before or since but for some reason i did with this one

And it was kind of effortless wasn't it. Almost as if it was "meant."

yeah
he made it look easy.
we weren't the only one expecting it either judging from the amount of people who filmed it on the mobiles.

You know what? Watching it again (and thanks for the link btw) I believe that is when we started to get complacent. We expected it.

yeah you're probably right. We did seem to think we were "it" at that time as we were doing so well in the league. We have not played as since (other than against the rags)
