I've changed my mind. He can't be Bally, he's far too intellegent to be a footballer. Must be someone close to him though.

He certainly knows his stuff.
Re: Sandy Lyles Putter
He knows too much about Ball NOT to be either a good mate, his agent or a close family member.
I once pm'd him.

No.
Which made me think even more that it was what I suspected (this was about 12 months ago).
Re: Sandy Lyles Putter
He's quite intelligent and witty but that's what I thought Ball would be like anyway, he doesn't look like a stupid footballer.

My thoughts exactly. SLP's comments (his first post) when Ball first came to us were spot on (and the first post was the week Ball came to us). Summed up Ball's career at that point and also mentioned how Ball paid, out of his own pocket, his appearance free to be let go by one of his previous clubs. And THAT wasn't common knowledge I think.
He then posted something later about how Ball felt about the whole Ronaldo stamp etc etc and the rest of that Derby match. He wrote it as if he had been playing.
If it isn't Ball it is someone extremely close to him.

Scouse though, don't forget.
