its a shame he even has to comment on it, the press and associated media really piss me off, they hear half a story and blow it out of all proportions then managers have to waste their time making statements like this. I fooking hate silly season and will be glad when the window shuts.

Frankly, for me it's gotten to the point where I don't know who to believe anymore so I just take what everybody's writing with a grain of salt. Either you have the regular media who can essentially write what they want within reason, or you have the club who, if they want, can spin any story to make it go their way.
I'm not saying I'm becoming a football nihilist or anything like that - I'm just skeptical to take anything any news source says about City right now as gospel. I think that's fair enough, don't you?

I have to agree with you mate.
Fuck only knows what the truth is.
Franks suing which implies he hasnt been trying to sell players from under Hughes nose but if that's the case then why the Charlie/Ireland saga this past 7 days? If Hughes wanted rid off both he'd have done so by now I'm sure.
Dont know who to believe anymore, just going to have to take this season one game at a time
