It looks like they have used a strange filter/effect on Photoshop or something...all the kits look like they have a really strange texture.
The shirts probably look great in real life, but pretty shit on the photos

The light on his face is different.
His face is also turned slightly as you can see more of his left ear in the second picture.

It's not, it's just been trimmed closer, also note the hand placement- fingers are exactly the same, in place and spread

He's got different lip position, head tilt, same pose: different pictures.

Too much wanking mate, Didi's is even more different.

They have not had heads stuck on them, nor have they used one pose for a number of pictures.

Touched up, maybe, but then again all photos are, it would cost more to have some guy sit there and photoshop the shots than it would be to throw Ned/Didi a different kit and continue taking photos.
